No wonder Kamala talks that way, it's how they all have to speak this way to communicate with Biden.
He's being told literally every single thing as he walks over to say hi and take a photo. I get that most world leaders have staff that help them stay on target at events, but this is over the top.
It's embarrassing and more than a little frightening.
