53-year-old Gregory Powell is facing a DUI charge after stopping in the middle lane of I-75 at 1 a.m. last Friday for a fourthmeal.

Powell was alone in his car when he stopped his vehicle in the middle of the busy highway, sat in it for a few minutes while cars zoomed past, and then ran to the shoulder.
About 10 minutes later he was found there by police, eating his tacos and reeking of alcohol.

When police asked him why he had stopped his car, he said he was worried for his daughter.
Unless his daughter was sitting on the side of I-75 in desperate need of Taco Bell, I'm going to say that was just a sorry, drunken excuse.
Thankfully, no one was hurt and the drunk driver had the sense to stop driving.
Even if he did stop in the worst possible location.
