If you've ever gotten behind the wheel of one of these DUI-simulators you know how realistic they can be. Though for this teenage driver, the experience was a bit too realistic.

Flippin' thing went out of control and hit five people, sending all of them to the hospital.

A teenager was behind the wheel with a cop riding shotgun Tuesday evening when the cart swerved off its special orange-coned course at the National Night Out event in Wildwood on the Jersey Shore, according to police.

The off-the-rails vehicle plowed into four adults and a child — prompting firefighters who were already there to rush to their aid, the Wildwood Police Department said

They've been running this event for years, and the golf cart has been a staple — though I'm not sure if it will remain so.

Luckily, three of the five who were injured have been released from the hospital. All of the injuries went undisclosed, but we wish the two who remain hospitalized a speedy recovery.
