Ivanka Trump has been delivering free Starlink internet to the Carolinas, but Elon Musk shared a text saying FEMA is blocking those efforts

From early on in the disaster, Elon Musk and his team at Starlink have been working overtime, on the ground and in the air, to get satellite internet to people who have no way to communicate with the outside world.

Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka, with almost zero media fanfare, has been on the ground in North Carolina coordinating efforts to help get Starlink internet up and running.

We previously reported that the Biden administration is scrambling to install Starlink systems in affected areas after it had previously turned down a grant for the company. If it had not withdrawn this grant (Elon says that action was illegal), there would have been tens of thousands of Starlink systems already in place across the rural Southeast.

Now, to add insult to injury, FEMA has stepped in the way.

Check this out from the ground in North Carolina:

It almost feels like FEMA and the feds are going out of their way to stymie efforts from Elon Musk, Trump, and anyone who isn't part of the official regime. Do they not want us to help our Appalachian neighbors??

I wasn't sure my respect for our federal institutions could go lower ... but here we are.
