Remember how the Trump admin just labeled Antifa a terrorist organization?
On July 4, a bunch of Antifa nuts attacked an ICE facility in Texas, injuring an officer. The FBI has since investigated that attack and determined it to be a coordinated attack by Antifa (which, I have been told, is just "an idea").
Two of the 10 suspects, a transgender man named Cameron Arnold (who goes by Autumn Hill) and Zachary Evetts, are charged with providing material to support terrorism, attempted murder of a federal and assisting officer, and discharging firearms during attempted murders. While legal experts say terrorism charges were likely anyway, the fact that Antifa is now officially a terrorist organization opens up new avenues for prosecutors.
Here's a quick breakdown:
An Alvaredo police officer was shot in the neck during the attack but survived.
Here's a link to the criminal complaint along with a list of the conspirators.
Could it be that Antifa is more than an "idea" after all?
