Ted Cruz questioned the FBI Director Christopher Wray about his agency's policies, specifically involving agents in the Whitmer fake kidnapping case.

It truly is astonishing.

The FBI needs to be gutted and scrapped. Change my mind.

The agent who oversaw the Whitmer kidnapping case where all the defendants were either acquitted or had a hung jury due to ENTRAPMENT was PROMOTED and now leads the January 6th investigation.

I guess he's an expert in cases that involve federal agents encouraging criminal behavior and entrapping right-wingers.

This is not just a case of failing up, this man has been put in charge of an investigation that has all the same hallmarks of the illegal entrapment case he oversaw in Michigan.

This man needs to be in the unemployment line, or behind bars. But instead, he's in charge of the J6 investigation and putting unauthorized Capitol tourists in solitary confinement.
