If you're keeping track at home, this is like the second decision that has gone Trump's way after around a billion against him.

Finally, the Supreme Court doesn't just completely undermine the presidency, allowing President Trump to rescind the temporary legal status of half a million refugees brought here under Biden.

Oh, you didn't realize that Biden did more than keep the border open? You didn't realize he literally used your money to fly people into America?

In the waning hours of his administration, Biden extended the temporary protected status of 800,000 foreigners by 18 months in an effort to delay Trump's deportations.

Trump, of course, revoked that Biden order almost immediately:

For the moment, the Supreme Court has handed down a 7-2 ruling allowing the Trump administration to formally overturn the policy.

That doesn't mean the fight is over, however.

The Supreme Court decision stays, for now, a lower court ruling that halted Trump's plans to terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) protections for some migrants living in the U.S., which allows individuals to live and work in the U.S. legally if they cannot work safely in their home country due to a disaster, armed conflict or other "extraordinary and temporary conditions."

Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented.

It is temporary, but it is a win.
