Florida man yells "I'm sorry!" to deputies as he leads them on foot chase across busy highway

Florida man Zachary Sibert was driving 110mph with an expired license when he was pulled over on I-95.

He must have known he was in big trouble because he took off running once he was pulled over. But not before yelling "I'm sorry!" to the deputies that had pulled him over.

In the video the Sheriff's office posted to Facebook, you can see the suspect turn and give a little wave to the deputies while he waits for a garbage truck to pass, before running across the interstate.

He literally stopped and thought, "I know I shouldn't do this, but here goes nothing!"

The Sheriff's office shared the story to its Facebook page:

Hopefully Sibert enjoys his stay at the 'Brevard Big House' and while there, starts to learn that if you run from the Brevard County Sheriff's Office you are only going to jail tired!!

I don't think he'll be repeating that game of frogger anytime soon.
