Last week saw this horrific tragedy out of Florida:
The plane was scheduled to land in Naples on a trip from Ohio and then proceed to Fort Lauderdale. However, both engines reportedly went out during the flight, necessitating the emergency landing.
More footage emerged this week of the actual plane crash itself:
Folks, this isn't meant to be a joke or a quip or anything:
If you see an airplane skidding 200 feet above the busy interstate on which you're driving, for goodness's sake, hit the brakes sooner than this.
Tragically, the two pilots in the craft โ 50-year-old Edward Daniel Murphy and 65-year-old Ian Frederick Hofmann โ lost their lives.
But their quick thinking and careful flying even during an emergency saw their three passengers able to escape the wreckage.
Heroes. ๐ค
