For a measly $90,000, you could own this parking space in San Francisco

When you think about all the things you could buy with $90,000, boats, cars, houses in some parts of the country, I bet parking spots doesn't even top the list.

However, if you live in San Francisco, you could buy this exclusive parking spot for that exact amount of money.

The parking spot is in a condo complex at 88 Townsend in the South Beach neighborhood.

And that puts you about two blocks from this view of the bay in one direction. Not bad.

It's also about four blocks from Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, in the another direction. Pretty good.

It looks to be about two steps from this homeless guy, amongst several others you can find scrolling around on Google. Not so great.

And as an added benefit, it's a whole fifteen blocks away from the Tenderloin District, where government-sponsored drug centers service addicts and crime runs rampant in one of the largest homeless districts in the nation. Terrifying!

But the agent selling the parking space says that she's confident the parking space will sell. She sold one for $90,000 in the same building a few years ago.

She points out that parking space prices actually came down a bit during the pandemic.
