This isn't a gag and it isn't some sort of Saturday Night Live skit. This is a deeply unsettling message from the German government warning its citizens to buckle up for a rough winter.

"Türen abdichten." (Seal your doors.)
This isn't bad advice in and of itself... but coming from the German government on the cusp of both winter and a major energy crisis, the context is not good.
I hope the politicians who laughed at Trump's energy warning in 2018 stay warm!
