Glenn Beck and Representative Cory Mills actually found some FEMA workers in North Carolina and what they discovered might have you a little upset

When FEMA has a nearly $30 billion budget, you'd think they'd be making some use of their money in North Carolina. Yet private citizens scratching by on donations raised in the last minute are leading relief efforts.

People like Elon Musk, Ivanka Trump, Rep. Cory Mills, and Glenn Beck have done so much for the people here.

And yesterday, Beck and Mills finally ran into some FEMA workers in Asheville. And I'm sorry to say, the level of government incompetence here is NOT going to shock anyone who has been paying attention.

I think Glenn Beck summarizes the exchange just about perfectly:

"We got here yesterday."

A WEEK LATE.

"They could go online, make a phone call, or use our app to get them in the system...The app is great."

THEY DON'T HAVE INTERNET.

How do people know this location exists? "That would be the news media's job."

THEY DON'T HAVE TVs.

"They sit in their cars to charge their phones and listen to the radio."

YOU MEAN THE CARS THAT WERE WASHED INTO THE RIVER?

"We actually go door to door." When will that start? "That's way above my head. Do you want to talk to my crew lead?" The crew lead: "We don't necessarily go door to door."

These people don't need your red tape, FEMA. Get out of their way and let Americans be Americans.

It's honestly embarrassing that the little money that FEMA saved for hurricanes is going to waste of time government bureaucrats slowly signing up people for $750 checks they may not qualify for and signing them up for tent cities.

They could be, you know, doing rescues that still need to be done, going out and handing out supplies instead of sitting in one spot, and moving heaven and earth to get people to safety and shelter.

This is government efficiency in action.

Now only if these guys would get out of the way and let real Americans step into action.
