It's hard to tell but he's clearly losing the war in Iraq. He's losing the war at home.
I didn't even know Putin was fighting against Iraq! But I am glad to hear he's losing, I guess.
Of course, Joe Biden has no clue that he meant to say Ukraine, even though he and his friends have told us that defending Ukraine is paramount to protecting dEmoCraCy itself!
It's just a slip of the tongue, right? It's not like he's the president and makes these sorts of mistakes all the time.
