Look, there is a point in Biden's claim. The GOP has become a bunch of sniveling, spineless cowards in recent years – fat RINOs who love the D.C. Swamp more than life itself. Their battle strategy is to let themselves be hit over the head repeatedly while begging for lower tax cuts.

But the GOP's base hasn't changed its values. In fact, it's gotten 10,000% more on fire to protect and preserve civilization itself from the principles the Democratic Party espouses in a battle dating back to Rousseau and Adam Smith.

There's a reason Republican voters keep snubbing the establishment politicians in favor of that quirky orange guy, after all!
