Remember how a bunch of people told you that it was your Christian imperative to accept Marxism – err, Joe Biden – into your heart in order to save the world's children from Orange Man Bad's cages?
Yeah, about that...
Where is the outcry from all the Christian leaders who felt it necessary to issue statements on the southern border that criticized Trump?
I'm talking about organizations like World Vision and the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, along with leaders like Russell Moore.
After all, Moore tweeted out this alongside a picture of children being detained at the border:
And what about the coalition of other leaders that sent a letter decrying the policy of separating children from adults (without noting that the policy identified plenty of human traffickers that were pretending to be family members to take advantage of kids)?
A coalition of evangelical groups, including the National Association of Evangelicals and the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities, sent a letter to President Trump on June 1 pleading with him to protect the unity of families and not to close off all avenues to asylum for immigrants and refugees fleeing danger.
Seems like they only care about "kids in cages" when they're being used as pawns by the media and Democrats (but I repeat myself) to use moral outrage to cripple conservative leaders.
Do any of you care that border apprehensions of unaccompanied minors (read: CHILDREN, ALONE) are smashing all time highs?
But no more mean tweets, amiright???
