There's something heartwarming about this video of moms getting the chance to try to knock the absolute snot out of their sons in football practice.

Washington High School in Illinois hosted this mom's night and I think that more than a few moms used this as an opportunity to take out some pent-up frustration on their sons in a fun and enjoyable way.

Some of these moms looked like they were enjoying this a little TOO much.

I think the third mom was trying to knock some demons out of that boy. Did you see the way his head jerked back?

Sure the boys had to just stand there and take it, but the last kid looked like an absolute tree stump the way his mom just bounced off backward.

This looks like a really fun time for these moms.
