Alec Baldwin's wife Hilaria gets exposed for faking Spanish accent, blames media.

Hilaria Baldwin, wife of Alec Baldwin and famous "yoga-influencer" was exposed this past weekend for being white. After a deep dive was done by the Internet, Hilaria Baldwin, previously named "Hillary Hayward-Thomas" was caught red-handed faking both a Spanish heritage AND accent.

Below is a video of Hilaria on Good Morning America speaking with a Spanish accent… and pretending to not know how to pronounce "cucumber" in English.

Hilaria's CAA speaker page claims that she was born in Mallorca, Spain, as does her IMDb bio and Wikipedia page. She also graced the cover of Hola! magazine, a Spanish-language publication based in Madrid, where she was identified as a Spanish person in both the interview and its press release.

She told the magazine:

"I moved here [to America] when I was 19 to go to NYU from… my family lives in Spain, they live in Mallorca...I knew no pop culture."

According to the Daily Beast article, Alec Baldwin has repeatedly referred to her as "Spanish" online. She's also made a number of appearances in Latina magazine and has referred to Spain as her "home."

THIS IS WHERE IT GETS JUICY.

After Hilaria posted a video discussing a recent "body shaming" feud with Amy Schumer, the internet took notice of her accent or lack thereof. The good thing about the internet is that it does not quit, and bloggers quickly discovered a few holes in Hilaria's life story.

A family obituary shows that her grandfather on her father's side was in America since the American Revolution and a wedding announcement indicates that her grandfather's wife hailed from Nebraska.

On the other side, her mom has spent her entire career practicing medicine in Massachusetts, where she'd served as "an associate physician at Massachusetts General Hospital and assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School" and video posts show her mother discussing GROWING UP in Longmeadow, Massachusetts.

Now her classmates from high school in Boston are saying that when they were in school together the former dancer didn't have an accent and went by Hilary!

"I went to high school with her," wrote one person. "She was perfectly nice and serious about ballroom dancing. Her name was indeed Hillary Hayward-Thomas and she did not have her current accent."

Why fake an accent? Why?

It doesn't add up. Seems like she might have had a "George Costanza Yankees" moment at some point in her career and was too invested in the lie to turn back.

Alec and Hilaria have both already posted on Twitter and Instagram denying these allegations and stating that the claims were "ridiculous" and to "consider the source."

In Hilaria's latest Instagram post discussing the recent press, she stated that "My parents and sibling live in Spain and I chose to live here, in the USA." This technically is true, her parents moved to Spain from the US in 2011.

Just watch this (and notice the distinct lack of accent):
