Markets are down, Wall Street is up in arms, the Panicans are panickin', and Donald Trump continues to power through it and make everyone laugh.
Trump was congratulating the Dodgers on their World Series victory at the White House, and thanking a bunch of people before he got to his speech.

The room is so overcome with laughter that he can't even continue his speech!
I didn't think it was that big a deal, actually. Washington.
I need to know who they were! Since it was the Dodgers I can't help but assume it was Adam Schiff and Alex Padilla, who are more than worthy of Trumps roast.
And, to be from LA, the Dodgers seem like a really cool group of dudes.
I'm glad to see, with the world turned against him as always, President Trump is still being President Trump and bringing us priceless comedy.
