The Department of Homeland Security just put Hilton, one of the largest hotel chains in the United States, on blast for refusing to serve DHS officers in Minneapolis.
Here are the emails sent to federal officers after the Hampton Inn, owned by Hilton, in Minneapolis were asked to house immigration officials in their facilities.
They're essentially protecting fraud here, even if they don't realize it.
If Hilton was smart they'd plead the 3rd Amendment, but I doubt it would fly.
Of course, it's almost certainly just the one Hampton Inn that is at fault, not the entire Hilton chain.
But the PR people at Hilton have to be sweating bullets about now.
