So, in the UK the Brighton and Sussex University Hospital has chosen to go full woke and act like they don't know what a woman is. The new language requirements in the hospital's MATERNITY WARD completely erase women as a category of person, and it is literal insanity.
THIS IS A REAL LIFE HOSPITAL!
The new guidelines are meant to support "trans and non-binary birthing people."
Birthing people???
This is just the tip of the iceberg. The hospital released a 19-page document detailing how they are going to rewrite the English language to cater to the new rules of wokeness. Because, obviously, being inclusive is much more important than actually acknowledging biology. Especially in a freaking hospital!
There are two categories of people these rules address: the "birthing parent" and "co-parent" or "second biological parent."
These are the real guidelines from the hospital.

Instead of "breastfeeding" midwives and nurses should say "breast/chestfeeding."
Instead of "breastmilk," I am not kidding, "human milk."
HUMAN MILK!
"Breast/chestmilk" or "milk from the feeding mother or parent" are also acceptable alternatives.
You are also no longer allowed to use the words "she" and "her" when referring to the "birthing parent." It's "they" and "them" or else you're a bigot.
And the word father can also never be used. It's "second biological parent."
They go on, there are more than a dozen changes made to the most basic words necessary to communicate in a MATERNITY WARD!
Oh, wait! Guess what? It's no longer a maternity ward! Because maternity implies gender! We can't have that! It is now going to be called the "perinatal services" department.
It can't be emphasized enough, this is the official policy of an actual HOSPITAL!
We have all lost our ever-loving minds!
It's 2021 and a hospital will not allow their employees to acknowledge biological realities because it might offend a certain fringe of the woke left.
There is a dangerous game being played here.
