There are at least 300 million guns owned by civilians in the United States (though the number is likely larger). A vanishingly small number are used in mass shootings.

The purpose of the Second Amendment is not hunting or recreation. Its purpose is a check and balance against the sinful human heart, whether an opportunistic robber or a power-hungry tyrant.
Meanwhile, liberals said "conservative gun culture" is actually the problem.
