How the heck did this semi driver survive this insane fall off a bridge??

Yeah, the driver SURVIVED that!

A stunning video shows a tractor-trailer carrying mail for the U.S. Postal Service flying off a bridge in Massachusetts into the icy Charles River 50 feet below. The driver survived and was not injured, police said. The video was released by the State Police Association of Massachusetts in February 2022.

Unfortunately, all the mail on that truck didn't make it, so if you're in Boston and you don't get your b-day card from your mom, it's probably at the bottom of the Charles River.

Soar said there were "hundreds" of packages in the river, according to the Globe. The Postal Service said in a statement to the newspaper, "The disposition of any mail on board will be determined by Postal Inspectors once their investigation is completed."

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash, but regardless of what happened, I bet the driver feels pretty lucky to be alive!
