Hunter Biden is suing the computer repair shop where he left his laptop for "privacy invasion" ๐Ÿค”

Remember right before the 2020 election when Hunter Biden's laptop was found in a computer repair shop and then crazy rightwingers thought it was real but all the experts KNEW it was TOTALLY Russian disinformation so Facebook and Twitter memory-holed the New York Post for breaking the story?

Anyways, now Hunter Biden is countersuing the computer repair shop for "invasion of privacy."

But... wait... how is this an "invasion of privacy" if it's all just fake Russian disinformation?

In the counterclaim, filed on Friday morning in U.S. District Court in Delaware, Biden and his attorneys say that John Paul Mac Isaac had no legal right to copy and distribute private information. They accuse him and others of six counts of invasion of privacy, including conspiracy to obtain and distribute the data.

The 42-page filing goes into significant detail on the ways Hunter Biden's data became public, a development that propelled it into the maelstrom of the last presidential campaign and, since January, to the center of a Republican-led congressional investigation of the president's son.

So, essentially, Hunter Biden is confirming that everything on the laptop was true and that the New York Post was doing real journalism in exposing Hunter's criminal degeneracy.

He's so mad that his nudes and crimes have gotten out there that he's openly admitting that it's all real.

The move is a response to a suit filed by Mac Isaac himself last year and amended several times since, alleging that Hunter Biden defamed him by saying he had illegally accessed the data โ€” when in fact, Mac Isaac contends, the laptop became his property when it was abandoned in his shop. The repairman's suit also targeted CNN, Politico, the Biden campaign and Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.).

Hunter Biden abandoned the laptop, it became the possession of the shop owner, then he did what was in his legal right and distributed it to whomever he wanted.

We've completely dropped the Russian disinformation lie which, undoubtedly, helped sway the election to Joe Biden, and now the line is that the laptop โ€“ which apparently documents HUNDREDS of crimes โ€“ is real, but it's none of our business.

I'm sorry, but the president's son who has access to his father and the White House on a regular basis being involved in international criminal conspiracies is sort of important in my book.

Still, the legal move required delicate positioning by the president's son, who has never explicitly confirmed that the laptop was his.

Hunter Biden does not concede in his lawsuit that he dropped off the laptop, received an invoice or neglected to pick it up. In response to such claims by Mac Isaac, the filing states, "Mr. Biden is without knowledge sufficient to admit or deny the allegations."

But he does acknowledge that some of the data that has been released publicly belongs to him, and concedes that Mac Isaac could have obtained it in April 2019.

"This is not an admission by Mr. Biden that Mac Isaac (or others) in fact possessed any particular laptop containing electronically stored data belonging to Mr. Biden," the filing says. "Rather, Mr. Biden simply acknowledges that at some point, Mac Isaac obtained electronically stored data, some of which belonged to Mr. Biden."

So, it's not his laptop, or maybe it is, but all the stuff on the laptop DOES incriminate him.

To be fair, I wouldn't be shocked if in a drug-addled haze, Hunter forgot that he dropped off the laptop, but this lawsuit is essentially confirmation that everything we were worried about with the laptop is true.

Why else would he be suing and admitting that they were indeed his documents and data?

I, for one, look forward to these dirty deeds being exposed to the public in court.
