I would like to apologize to LeBron for saying he is not oppressed. He clearly IS. The new Forbes list is out and the poor guy only made $96.5 MILLION last year. 😭

This is the result of a systemically racist society that will simply never allow a man of color to get ahead.

The new Forbes list of World's 10 Highest-Paid Athletes just dropped. And look who swooped in at number 5:

Go ahead, take a sec, click that image, enlarge it, zoom in, take it all in.

Yes, that is the FIFTH highest-paid athlete IN THE WORLD you see above.

And the SECOND highest-paid American athlete IN THE WORLD (behind another black fellow named Dak Prescott -- and that was only because of his crazy one-time $66M signing bonus).

That's right, Mr. LeBron "black people can't even step outside our homes" James just made $96,500,000. In one year.

"But that's just because of his crazy basketball skills," you say. No. Only 31.5 of that 96.5 milli came from the court. From Forbes:

The 36-year-old looks as dominant as ever on the court, is debuting as a Hollywood leading man with the July release of Space Jam: A New Legacy and boasts a new deal with PepsiCo after leaving longtime partner Coca-Cola. He also recently purchased a small stake in Fenway Sports Group, which owns the Boston Red Sox, Liverpool FC and Roush Fenway Racing.

LeBron is so oppressed that he is now "a Hollywood leading man" and "boasts a new deal with PepsiCo" after they won a bidding war over him with Coca-Cola. That's a new level of oppression -- when you're so oppressed that gigantic corporations are fighting with each other over who gets to pay you a bazillion dollars each year.

Man oh man, I wish I could be as oppressed as LeBron for just one year!
