ICE captures four "migrants" charged with sexual assault in Nantucket that had been released by local police

Well, lookie what we have here: Another example of illegal aliens freely entering our country and wreaking havoc on our citizens by way of sexual assault and rape.

Four — yes, FOUR — illegal immigrants were recently arrested by ICE in Boston, and all of them had been released or let slip away by local law enforcement after sexually assaulting or raping Nantucket Island citizens — even children!

First up, we have Elmer Sola:

‘Elmer Sola unlawfully entered the United States, then made his way into our Nantucket community before allegedly committing some horrific and despicable crimes against a child,' ICE's ERO (Enforcement & Removal Operations) Boston Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons said in a press release. ‘The officers of ERO Boston will not tolerate such a threat to the children of our New England neighborhoods. We will continue to prioritize the safety of our public by arresting and removing egregious noncitizen offenders.'

Sola was indicted by a Nantucket grand jury August 13 on three counts of aggravated rape of a child (ten-year age difference) and eight counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14.

Yet he was still on the streets.

Next, we have Bryan Daniel Aldana-Arevalo:

The Boston field office for ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) division said Bryan Daniel Aldana-Arevalo - who it described as unlawfully present in the United States - was taken into custody on Tuesday, Sept.10th, on Nantucket.

Earlier this summer, Aldana had been arrested by the Nantucket Police Department and charged with assault and battery on a child under 14 (two counts) and one charge of aggravated rape of a child with a 10-year age difference. He pleaded not guilty during his arraignment on July 26 and was held in custody on $20,000 bail set by Nantucket District Court Judge James Sullivan. He was released three days later, on July 29, after bail was posted.

Once again, just letting these illegal child abusers back on the streets.

Then there's Gean Do Amaral Belafronte:

Gean Do Amaral Belafronte who according to ICE, was arrested by Nantucket Police and charged with indecent assault & battery on a person 14 years or older.

The incident took place on April 13, 2021, and an arraignment for Belafronte was originally scheduled for June 9, 2021 after he was arrested. But Belafronte, a 31 year old Brazilian noncitizen, never appeared for the session and a warrant was issued for his arrest by former Nantucket District Court Judge Thomas S. Barrett.

According to ICE, Belafronte lawfully entered the United States on Oct 8, 2018 but after violating the terms of his lawful admission in the aftermath of this sexual assault, voluntarily departed the United States on April 18, 2021 - five days after it allegedly took place.

But according to ICE, Belafronte at some point returned and unlawfully reentered the United States on an unknown date, at an unknown location, without being inspected, admitted or paroled by a U.S. immigration official. Then on Tuesday, March 12, Belafronte was picked up via an warrant arrest. At 3 p.m. that afternoon, he was arraigned on the indecent assault & battery charge almost three years later from when it took place.

Nantucket District Court released Belafronte on $500 cash bail or a $5,000 surety bond.

Yet, I'm told this stuff isn't happening!

Last, we have Felix Alberto Perez-Gomez:

ERO removed Perez from the United States to Guatemala Aug. 11, 2011.

Perez unlawfully reentered the United States at an unknown location on an unknown date and without being admitted, inspected or paroled by a U.S. immigration official.

The Nantucket District Court arraigned Perez Aug. 19, 2024, for indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years or older.

Officers with ERO Boston arrested Perez Sept. 11 in Nantucket. He remains in ERO custody.

So it seems like these guys just know they can enter the country illegally, commit crimes — many against minors — and either skip bail or go back to their home country temporarily before reentering our country's porous southern border again.

People are asking the Nantucket authorities why they released these criminals!

How many more criminal illegals are currently roaming our streets? Will anyone be held accountable?
