True science means testing out competing theories and having rational discussions based on data with a wide variety of people to formulate a better understanding of the world around us.
A deeply religious ideology has hijacked this process in recent years and turned it into a circus of left-wing activism laundered through the academic system. Anyone who actually cares about science wouldn't trust that for a minute.
