An illegal alien in Mission, TX, was arrested recently after he was spotted using a laser pointer to try and distract or disable a helicopter being used by Customs and Border Protection.

With assistance from the Mission Police Department, a traffic stop was conducted on the suspect vehicle near Mayberry Road and Country Club Drive, according to the news release.
The dummy thought he was going to get away with it!
The news release said one of the occupants was Ochoa-Soliz who admitted to pointing the laser. He was taken into custody by Mission police and is facing a charge of illumination of aircraft by intense light.
The FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating and will be bringing the charges against Ochoa-Soliz.
I think they should just give him this simple two-word message:
