One Day After Elon Musk Bought Twitter, Conservatives Are Seeing HUGE Spikes In Followers While Libs Are Seeing Sharp Decreases
· Apr 26, 2022 · NottheBee.com

In just 24 hours since Elon has purchased Twitter, some HUGE trends have been spotted in the number of followers for conservative and liberal tweeters.

Conservative Twitter is seeing a huge boom, and lefty Twitter is jumping ship.

This user thinks that the numbers are explained by an increase of "conservative bots" flooding Twitter.

There's no concrete evidence of this presented, although Elon has made it a goal to get rid of the bot problem that's used to puff up follower counts.

There are others who think the increase is from conservatives just flocking to Twitter while libs ditch the platform.

There is, perhaps, another possibility:

Maybe, just maybe, the suppression of conservatives and boosting of lefties have started to be peeled back. After all, conservative voices have reported massive dips in numbers for years.

Let's look at these numbers:

Here's Lauren Boebert, who has been steadily gaining followers, suddenly gaining more than 43,000 new followers today.

Ted Cruz has gained 51,000 since the Elon takeover.

Florida's Ron DeSantis has 96,000 new followers in a single day!

How much was Twitter suppressing the governor?

Jim Jordan has nearly 52,000 more followers as well.

There are more examples.

But it goes the other way, also.

Stacey Abrams lost 13,000 followers.

AOC has lost 27,000 followers.

Bernie Sanders has lost nearly 20,000 followers all because Elon has taken over Twitter.

There's big action happening over at Twitter.

It'll be interesting to see where the numbers end up when all the free speech opposers (and bots) leave the platform!
