This is terrifying.
Look at this nightmare fuel:
Even details in the foreground looked like part of the uncanny valley. This sign seemed a bit suspicious to me (A.I. has a hard time making handwritten signs look authentic) … and then I saw the hands.
Real, or not?
Back to that in a moment.
What is truly horrifying are the blob faces in the background:

More from Rolling Stone:
Compiled of clips from his shows on tour, one shot includes fans holding up a sign that reads ‘We <3 You Willy' but some images of the faces around it are distorted and blurred. Others online have claimed some audience members have been bestowed extra fingers or oddly formed hands.
Rolling Stone attempted to give the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air some dignity back with an alternate explanation, however:
While some have accused the Prince of Bel Air of using artificial intelligence to beef up shots of the crowd, there have been reports of YouTube artificially altering videos uploaded to the platform without the creators' knowledge. In a story published in The Atlantic last week, YouTuber Rhett Shull said that he believes that YouTube is using ‘AI upscaling' on his videos, which involves dialing up an image's resolution and detail.
There is some proof that this might be the case. The couple holding the sign? There's another photo of them that proves they are real (unless someone A.I.-generated a second pic, which is ALSO a possibility)
However, there's a vast difference between enhancing a video's sharpness, saturation, and detail … and this.
If this dystopian nightmare really is YouTube's fault, they have some explaining to do!
