Nope, not satire!
It makes sense: After all, most politicians are just theater kids that couldn't make it in the big leagues.
From Deadline:
Joe Biden has signed with Creative Artists Agency in all areas, the agency said Monday.
'President Biden is one of America's most respected and influential voices in national and global affairs,' Richard Lovett, co-chairman of CAA, said today of the agency's former and now present client. 'His lifelong commitment to public service is one of unity, optimism, dignity, and possibility. We are profoundly honored to partner with him again.'
Translation: We gotta milk this cow for all it's worth (and quickly)!
Biden had been with CAA from 2017-2020, after leaving Washington, D.C. and his role as Vice Presidency and before being elected as the 46th President of the United States.
Joe's bright and articulate friend, Barack Obama, is also with CAA. Biden previously published his memoir through the agency, which helped him get into the national spotlight again to run against Trump in 2020.
With it being just two weeks since he left office, there's no indication Biden has a new book or project in the hopper.
Give it time: The Biden family always has something up its sleeve!
