Bro, this one's crazy.
Apparently in Kansas City, Missouri, there's a huge ATV problem and the young drivers think they run the city streets.
During a confrontation with police on Saturday night, this ATV driver decided to avoid a "tire deflation device" by popping a wheelie and smacking a police officer with his vehicle.

Police weren't able to catch up to the guy, and they're still searching for him.
The mayor spoke out:
The officer is recovering from his injuries.
This is a serious problem in Kansas City, MO, with groups of teens riding ATVs in packs around the city. One man is even on a mission to get the kids a space in an empty parking lot specifically as a safe area for riding.
We've only just kicked off spring here, so we can expect this problem to get worse as summer nears. That is, unless the city takes some serious measures to get this to stop.
