Kentucky lawmakers have been scraping away every single bit of woke from their school systems in recent years, but woke is not quite dead in the Bluegrass State.
Take a listen to Rep. Sarah Stalker as she holds onto woke for dear life:
I'm gonna be honest, I don't feel good about being white every day -- for a lot of reasons...

She says she doesn't want kids to feel bad about being white, just that she wants them to have the "incredible opportunity" to reflect on how their skin color gives them unfair advantages built on historical oppression. 🤔
Rep. Stalker is from Louisville, so this all sort of just makes sense when you think about it. I'd be ashamed of being white too if I was a white chick from Louisville who happened to have a particular mind virus.
Stalker sits on the Postsecondary Education Committee as well as the Interim Joint Committee on Education (seen above) as well as the House Standing Committee Postsecondary Education.
As you can see in the video, they were talking about "inclusion in K-12 settings."
(Sorry to say it, Sarah, but you're wasting your breath. Maybe move to Illinois or out east if you want to be woke.)

One more for the Zoomers in the back:
Alright, that's about all the care I'll give to Rep. Stalker. She's not really worth my time.
Here's more of that exchange (on DEI in school) before I go:
