Five fires are currently burning in the Los Angeles area, one of which is currently "being investigated as a crime," according to LAPD.
The Kenneth fire in Woodland hills started at around 2:30 p.m. yesterday, having now burned around 1000 acres, and it looks like citizens made an arrest on the alleged arsonist.
One person has been taken into custody in connection to the Kenneth Fire, which erupted Thursday afternoon in Los Angeles' West Hills.

Call me a conspiracy theorist, but if I were a gang of illegal invaders looking to plunder a nation of its wealth, I might exploit - or even create - a natural disaster that forces people to evacuate so I could swoop in and loot their homes.
The good news is that firefighters are making progress in stopping the spread of the Kenneth fire.
We have one confirmed case of climate change arson on our hands in Los Angeles. I wonder how many more we will come across.
