This is the annual Yorktown Lighted Boat Parade in Virginia, and you know the president is SUPER popular when a boat with a message on it in his disfavor wins first place!

The boat won first place, but then Captain Bill Berger got a call a few days later telling him that he'd been stripped of his victory because his boat carried an "overt political message."

A boat named "Peace on Earth" is now the winner of the parade. LOL.

Bottom line: Joe is having a very real popularity problem.
