For months, leftists have shrieked about the looming terror of Project 2025, which they claim is Trump's diabolical plan to end "democracy" and become the all-powerful God-Emperor Hitler of America.

On the other hand, they want their own Leftist totalitarian version of Project 2025.

Former senior official at the U.S. Department of Energy, and now Executive Director of the Presidential Climate Action Project, William Becker, was more than willing to lay out what that looks like.

He says the Left needs its own version of the plan — "a Project 2025 for the climate" — to save the planet from the presence of humans. He wrote about it in this op-ed over at The Hill.

Here are the "three immediate steps" Becker includes in the plan:

• A crackdown on oil companies, ending Big Oil subsidies, and squashing plastic production.

• A national compulsory tax on all carbon, which would put a price on carbon emissions.

• A national energy transition plan which includes an "exit strategy for fossil fuels," and makes it mandatory rather than voluntary.

I MEAN...

Always remember: Leftists aren't against tyrannical power like they pretend to be. They just desire to be the ones wielding it.
