I simply cannot believe I'm hearing this from Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland. He's really out here saying they'll disqualify Trump on January 6, 2025 should he win the election.

They want to kick it to Congress, so it's going to be up to us on January 6, 2025, to tell the rampaging Trump mobs that he's disqualified, and then we need body guards for everybody and civil war conditions.

They're actually gonna do it, folks. Unless that sounds like an empty threat to you.

Because democracy dies in darkness!

A little refresher for ya:

Amendment 14, section 3:

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Do you understand why they pushed the "insurrection" narrative so dang hard?
