So Hank Azaria, the dude who voiced iconic Simpsons character Apu, is still engaged in an apology tour more than a year after canceling his own character.
He made the news yesterday for saying he wishes he could personally apologize to every single Indian person in this country. For voicing Apu.
"I really do apologize. It's important," Azaria said. "I apologize for my part in creating that and participating in that. Part of me feels like I need to go to every single Indian person in this country and personally apologize. And sometimes I do."
So stunning! So brave! So woke!
