Maskless man refused service at Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles ... so naturally he just pulls out a gun and holds the place up for some chicken

So this story is hilarious.

Around 5:30pm Wednesday a man entered a Pasadena Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles.

I'm assuming this man was hungry…

For chicken…

Aaaand waffles.

But, well, there was just one thing wrong: he wasn't wearing a mask.

OH NO!!!! NOT A MASKLESS MAN!!!!

So the restaurant refused him service due to his masklessness.

And without any other choice at all—because Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles is delicious—this dude just pulls out a gun and holds up the place...

FOR SOME CHICKEN.

"He came inside the restaurant without a mask, the cashier told him he needed a mask, he told the cashier ‘if I don't put on a mask what you going to do' and then pulled out a gun," said general manager Angela Prieto.

She said the cook refused to give up the chicken so the suspect grabbed a few orders that were sitting on the counter and left.

Deputies with the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department claim to have witnessed part of the incident "from across the street." They then pursued the suspect for "a short time," and lost him once he entered the 210 Freeway.

My guess is the suspect threw a box of chicken the officers' way and they left him alone.

But that's just my take.

The suspect is still at large.
