Gallup: Democrat sympathy for Israel and Palestine has essentially reversed in the last 7 years
· Mar 16, 2023 · NottheBee.com

Propaganda is an effective tool, my friends.

In 2016, 53% of Democrats said they sympathized more with the Israelis, and 23% with the Palestinians.

By 2022, that gap had virtually disappeared.

When Gallup conducted this year's poll from Feb. 1-23, just 38% of Democrats chose the Israelis while 49% said they sympathized more with Palestinians.

This switch over the last seven years is being driven by voters born after 1980, which isn't a surprise to me.

I grew up hearing everyone from the irreverent John Stewart to U.S. senators criticizing the Israeli government. Palestinians have been presented as an oppressed minority group under the thumb of the Israelis for decades now, and that propaganda push has worked.

I lived in the Middle East studying Arabic and spent time in Jordan and Israel. Let me tell you two things that are true:

  1. There is a lot of ethnic hatred and oppression from the Israelis toward the Palestinians.
  2. The Palestinians are led by literal terrorists who want to commit mass genocide against the Israelis and will use their own people as cannon fodder to do so.

No one should give the time of day to Hamas, which effectively controls the entire Palestinian territory. They are a bunch of thugs who exploit their own people for the sake of international sympathy. There's nothing like launching rockets from a school or hospital and praying for civilian casualties in the retaliating Israeli strike to get more sweet donor money for your murder regime. Yasser Arafat mastered this game, and social media has grown it.

I don't think you understand exactly what the situation over there is, so let me give you an idea. See if you can spot the way that the Israelis treat their enemies and the Palestinians treat their enemies.

You might think this is a one-off, but my friends, I have seen dozens of videos like this over the years. Head over to MEMRI and watch a few thousand hours of what the terrorists say in their own words.

The reason for the disparity is not only a wildly massive difference in the character and teachings of the God of the Bible and the god of the Quran, but the systems of government and law in each society.

Let me give you one more illustration from my time living in the Middle East:

When I was in Israel, I watched my Palestinian driver be threatened and harassed by a Jewish American woman who threatened to call her cousin in the Jerusalem police force if the man didn't go the way she wanted to get back to her hotel.

When that woman was gone, I talked with the driver, who needed a cigarette to calm down, and he scoffed about the Jews being the "chosen people" because of the treatment he received daily.

That same week, however, there had been rocket attacks from Palestine into Israel. That same day, I had seen Israeli fathers with M16s walking hand-in-hand with their kids on Mt. Carmel because they needed to be able to protect their loved ones from a violent assault at any time.

So what's happening here?

Well, the Democrats and Hamas get along because they use the same tactics of endless revolution and emotional manipulation to get people to vote and die for them.

The young Palestinians wailing about the evils of Israel really are in distress. They just don't realize that 95% of their problems are coming from their own leaders.

Still, young Americans are being deceived in record numbers about the nature of the problem and are putting their support behind actual violent terrorists (who would gladly kill them as well) – all because the Dems want to increase the size of their "big tent" for the sake of power.

Back to the study:

A majority of Democrats (56%) continue to view Israel favorably. That's down from 63% last year and far lower than the 82% among Republicans, but is broadly in line with previous findings for Democrats over the two decades Gallup has been conducting the survey.

Axios says that peace between the two nations is unlikely, which is true, since the Palestinian leadership doesn't actually want peace. Neither do other Muslim nations that could have taken in the Palestinians – that small band of people who lived along the Mediterranean coast under the Ottoman Empire – at any point over the last 100 years.

Instead, they want to use the population explosion of the Palestinians – AKA their literal sons and daughters – as collateral in a war that they hope will wipe every Jewish person off the face of the planet.

All anyone has to do to realize that genocide is the plan (and always has been) is to turn off MSNBC for five seconds and pay attention to what the terrorists themselves are actually saying!
