Oh look, the state of New York found a loophole for CRT:
Yes, here we are, folks—we're about to jump right into 2022, and we have yet to read the terms and conditions.
It's gonna be great!
Here's some great news for Asian New Yorkers now that racism is an emergency:
The new slate of laws address the need for comprehensive data collection on victims of violence and specifically Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders communities that have been ravaged by hate crimes throughout the coronavirus pandemic…Legislation S.70-A/A.2230 is intended to enact the "hate crimes analysis and review act," which will create guidelines for the collection and reporting of demographic data concerning hate crime victims and their alleged perpetrators.
Wow, nothing says "equity" like collecting more of people's information based on their race!
Good on ya, New York!
And now I bet all those white people disguised as African-Americans who are beating up Asians in New York will finally be brought to justice!
Also, maybe if New York wants to get serious about racism they'd admit that the NYC vaccine mandate disproportionately affects the black and Latino communities, allowing them less access to public spaces than other groups.
