Newlyweds return to the grocery store where they met to take wedding photos

Jessica and Jaxom Weston-Brown first met on Jaxom's first day on the job at the Waitrose & Partners supermarket in Eastbourne, United Kingdom, back in 2017.

Jessica, who worked as a store assistant at the time, had been asked to train him on how to properly stock the potato chips, and, as they say, the rest is history.

Jessica said of their first meeting,

We quite instantly realized that we were well-matched.

Leading up to the wedding, the couple and their friends had joked about returning to the potato chip aisle where they met for their wedding photos, but as the day approached they decided that what started as a joke would be a fun and sweet way to celebrate their wedding day.

So, seven years after that first meeting, the couple returned to the same aisle in the same grocery store to take a few special photos on their wedding day.

Jessica said that returning to the place they first met was sweet, but also as funny as they expected,

We were walking down in our wedding attire, and there were just random people shopping and taking stuff off the shelves, which was quite funny.

While there, they decided to buy a bag of chips, or "crisps" as the Brits call them, as a souvenir which they plan to eat on their first anniversary.
