Caleb "Haven" Wilvich is a man who likes to wear dresses. Imagine this guy strutting naked around women with the blessing of America's courts:
We covered his story in 2023, when Seattle District Court Judge Barbara Jacobs Rothstein ruled that the Olympus Spa must allow him access to naked women because he self-identifies as a woman.
The traditional Korean spa, which requires patrons to be nude and separated by sex, had pleaded with the court to maintain the "safety, legal protection, and well-being" of its female customers. It even virtue signaled, saying it would accept transgender customers, so long as the men wearing dresses have had their genitals removed.
Two years later, a U.S. federal court of appeals has upheld the lower court's ruling that the spa must allow this man to be naked around naked women on their premises.
In his dissent, Trump-appointed Judge Kenneth Lee said this:
Now, under edict from the state, women — and even girls as young as 13 years old — must be nude alongside patrons with exposed male genitalia as they receive treatment. And female spa employees must provide full-body massages to naked preoperative transgender women with intact male sexual organs. This is not what Washington state law requires. While the Washington Law Against Discrimination (WLAD) forbids discrimination based on (among other things) sex and sexual orientation, its text and structure make clear that it does not cover transgender status. Washington has perversely distorted a law that was enacted to safeguard women's rights to strip women of protections. The women and girls of Washington state deserve better.
They do, but affluent white female liberals (AWFLs) think they are championing a new civil rights movement, and they won't be dissuaded from their holy crusade.
Judge Margaret McKeown, a Clinton appointee, compared men having access to naked women to black people being banned from white spaces (for real!).
It's not biological women are welcome, it's non-biological women are not welcome.
"NON-BIOLOGICAL WOMEN."
We can't have a country when our judges are this screwed up in the head.
