It's sad to see videos like this every day now, where a sad excuse for a human being assaults an elderly man while people stand around watching like a bunch of chumps.

The assault happened on the Lower East Side of Manhattan at Big Apple Food Market. The 82-year-old man was ordering money when the perp came in and demanded money. When the older man refused, things got violent.

Fortunately, the elderly gentlemen only had a minor head injury.

Things like this are increasing in NYC (and other cities nationwide). There have been 8,604 assaults in the city this year alone, compared to 7,971 during the same time period in 2020. Robberies and muggings have jumped 40% this month. Murder, rape, and other crimes are all surging.

A rational person might ask... why?
