Journalism, at least the kind that props up the regime and assists in the takedown of presidents who defy the regime, is on its deathbed. I love it. You love it. It's great to see.

However, the regime journalists are in panic mode. They see this as a threat to our democracy even though it's the exact opposite. Enter Taylor Lorenz, who is now relevant again only because of this hilarious video she recorded.

"I don't think people understand how bad the world would be without journalists."

I don't think Taylor Lorenz understands how much better the world will be without regime journalism.

Gotta emphasize this wonderful line from her rant because, again, I love it.

Tens of thousands of journalists have been laid off in the past year.

I mean...

Oh, and this one's pretty good, too:

Pretty much the entire digital media ecosystem that myself and a lot of other millennial journalists came up in has been completely hollowed out.

Good.
