NOT SATIRE: Portland bartender convicted of hate crime for misgendering, confronting trans-identified male in women's bathroom
· Mar 11, 2024 · NottheBee.com

You guys, it's here. Hate crimes based on people's "gender identity" are here, and in Oregon, this is what happens when a dude cuts in line and tries to use the girls' bathroom at a bar but he's wearing a dress and you "misgender" him. Incident from way back in 2022, by the way.

Two years of probation and 50 hours of community service for "misgendering" some bro who pushed others out of the way in order to be next in line for the ladies room.

That is where we're at in Portland, Oregon, guys.

Yes, a bias crime. That's code for hate crime, FYI.

Here's how serious the judge was when prosecuting this poor woman:

"YOU ARE COMMANDED to arrest the above-named defendant forthwith and bring said defendant before me."

Misgendering must be the most serious of all crimes in the Utopia of Portland.

Here's what happened so you guys have a better idea for what constitutes a hate crime in our nation's most woke city.

McIntyre, a bartender at Sellwood bar, had just completed her shift and sat down to have a drink when she reportedly heard patrons complaining that Larsen had cut in line to use the women's single-stall restroom and pushed other patrons in the process, court documents show.

Larsen testified in court on Tuesday that she was physically confronted by McIntyre upon exiting the women's restroom. Larsen claimed that McIntyre had cornered her and told her that she "was a man" and needed to use the men's restroom.

Larsen said that she attempted to explain her "gender identity" to McIntyre but was shoved by the bartender and told to "get out."

Even worse,

McIntyre testified that she did not understand that she had been "misgendering" Larsen and had to look up the definition of transgender in the dictionary. The defendant did not deny pushing Larsen and asserted that she had just been "making space."

She didn't even know what a transgender was!

And then we have this bit of Clown World testimony right here:

R.J. Stangland, another patron who was inside the bar during the incident, testified as a witness and claimed that he heard McIntrye repeatedly use the wrong pronouns for Larsen and overheard her saying that Larsen should not be allowed to use the women's restroom.

Bro, we live in the dumbest timeline.
