I can just read the headlines now: "President Trump signs order condemning sea turtles to their deaths!"
In reality, Donald Trump is a lot like everyone I know. He got a paper straw one time and said "what the heck is this bull crap?"
Yes the stupidity of a paper straw, wrapped in plastic, because one time someone saw a sea turtle with a straw in its nose, is coming to a close.
Of course, companies can voluntarily use paper straws if they prefer, but Trump is reversing a Biden era Department of Interior order that encouraged their use.
We were all sick and tired of the paper straw charade.
I hope woke corporations don't double down on the stupid utensil in some flaccid act of defiance!
