Are you still wondering if Zuck and Co. are objective arbiters of free speech and public discourse?
Ponder no more, thanks to the work of investigative journalists at Project Veritas! Here's a short peek at the hours of video they claim to have of leaders showing their far-left intent:
Here's the accompanying news release with a few notable quotes and links to the full video logs. First, take a gander at these dandies from Mark Zuckerberg himself:
[After the Jan. 6 Capitol riot]: "I know this is just a very difficult moment for a lot of us here [at Facebook], and especially our black colleagues. It was troubling to see how people in this [Capitol] mob were treated compared to the stark contrast we saw during [Black Lives Matter] protests earlier this [past] year."
"The president [Trump] intends to use his remaining time in office to undermine the peaceful and lawful transition of power.
"President Biden already issued a number of Executive Orders on areas that we as a company care quite deeply about and have for some time. Areas like immigration, preserving DACA, ending restrictions on travel from Muslim-majority countries, as well as other Executive Orders on climate and advancing racial justice and equity. I think these were all important and positive steps."
"We also have the first woman and the first person of color as our vice president in the history of our country… The swearing in of Vice President Harris really stands as a reminder that despite the challenges that we are facing as a country, we all have so much to be proud of."
Let's see, hateful toward Trump and his supporters (check), in love with every "equitable" policy of the Marxist-adjacent Left (check), and fawning over the most left-voting member of the Senate, our new Empress-to-be Kamala Harris (check).
Sounds impartial and dedicated to inherent rights, equality, and free speech...
Or, you know, maaaaybe just the opposite.
Here‘s a visual metaphor of the abusive relationship that now exists in this one-sided atmosphere between user and platform:
Basically, if you disagree with any far-left position, just shut up and take your licks - and make sure to click the like button while you do!
Adding to Zuckerberg's uNbiAsEd and tOleRaNt approach are the thoughts of Nick Clegg, Facebook‘s Head of Global Affairs. Clegg spoke frankly about Facebook's ongoing censorship:
"There has been quite a lot of disquiet expressed by many leaders around the world…ideally we wouldn't be making these [censorship] decisions on our own, we would be making these decisions in line with our own conformity, with democratically agreed rules and principles. At the moment, those democratically agreed rules don't exist. We still have to make decisions in real-time."
Basically what Clegg is saying is that Facebook is going to keep upping their censorship in "real-time" until it‘s "democratically" agreed upon to remove free speech and censor "hateful" voices.
Facebook's VP of Integrity Guy Rosen also elaborated how the company actually censors in real-time:
"We have a system that is able to freeze commenting on threads in cases where our systems are detecting that there may be a thread that has hate speech or violence... these are all things we've built over the past three-four years as part of our investments into the integrity space our efforts to protect the election."
I wonder how long it'll be before those algorithms target speech like "Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life."
But it's okay, guys. The great news is that everything you see is going to be pushed through the filter of race and "equity" and social "justice," so the vast majority of people won't even realize they're being brainwashed!
"I want every major decision to run through a civil rights lens," said Roy Austin, VP of Civil Rights.
Not all civil rights, mind you. Things like the first and second amendment will have to go, but those things that support the narrative are free to stay for the time being.
Like its undercover operations inside Twitter, Project Veritas says the insider that provided this video is still at Facebook.
Remember, all of this is for our own good. Zuckerberg's future is a bright, tranquil place of equity for all!
