If you needed a dose of good news today, I've got just the story for you.

And, in a shock, it comes from CNN!

Okay, maybe CNN wrote that headline thinking it was a bad thing.

But Lord knows it's not!

In just the first six months since the Dobbs decision, there are 32,000 new precious babies have been born who would have otherwise been slaughtered under the old abortion regime.

According to a study from a pro-abort group, there were about 5,000 fewer total abortions each month..

Every single day, hundreds of lives are saved!

In the 13 states that enacted bans following the Supreme Court decision, abortions fell more than 95%, with just a few reported each month from July to December.

States that ban abortions see almost no abortions. In a few cases, it can be surmised that some women are traveling out of state to have their child slain, but in many cases the state law is enough of a barrier to save lives.

"Those unable to overcome travel barriers are likely those with the fewest socioeconomic resources," the authors of the report wrote. "Even small declines in the abortion rate still translate into enormous life impacts for those affected."

Amen and hallelujah!

God bless Mitch McConnell. God bless Donald Trump. God bless the Supreme Court Justices who voted to save lives!

Oh, they meant that as a bad thing? I thought when they said "enormous life impacts" they might be referring to all the babies who escaped murder at the hands of quacks.

Of course, there's still work to be done:

While the number of abortions declined overall, those provided virtually through telehealth increased each month and accounted for a growing share of abortions overall. There were more than 8,500 telehealth abortions in December, more than double compared with April.

These "telehealth" remote abortions are referring to instances when women talk with doctors out of state who then give them prescriptions to murder their babies in the comfort of their own homes.

Obviously, these telehealth sessions and abortion drugs need to be outlawed next.

But, for now, decent humans need to celebrate the tens of thousands of lives already saved and babies being born every day thanks to the Dobbs decision!
