Reuters is reporting that the Harris campaign is going to go live with Kamala Harris's concession speech at 6 p.m. eastern time this evening.
U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris will deliver a speech conceding defeat in the presidential election to Donald Trump at 6 p.m. (2300 GMT) on Wednesday, two sources told Reuters.
There have been no reports that Kamala has called Trump to concede the election.
