No joke: They've already got negative headlines based on questions they think (or know) RFK will be asked.
Here was how RFK Jr. walked into the Senate chamber this morning.
And here's a protester who got escorted out about 5 minutes into the hearing.
The opening attacks from Democrats (it's wild that Democrats are attacking a Kennedy!) was par for the course.
RFK clarified that he isn't going to take away your Diet Coke or your Twinkies, but he wants transparency so the American people can make more informed decisions about their nutrition and health.
Instead, RFK said he is concerned about the trillions of dollars America is spending to keep increasingly unhealthy citizens alive.
He echoed that sentiment here during questioning from Sen. Mike Crapo from Idaho:
